D2 ko final testng and sealng sa makati. San jose es sa bgy Guada nuevo at ung cembo elem school pnuntahan namin. Ang mga nakita so far, sa boto ng mayor, hndi nbibilang boto ni mercado. Boto lng ni genuino nbabasa. For example, sa pcos, genuino 4votes, tagalog 1vote, pero sa manual count, mercado 6votes, genuino 4votes, tagalog 1vote. We are now on the 11th hour of monitoring in the first ever Philippine automated elections using the Ushahidi-based system VoteReportPH. The Philippine edition seeks to apply lessons learned from past similar implementations, having already received over 200 verified and well-documented reports.

While COMELEC has 50,723,733 registered voters, the server being used to canvass votes for partylist and senators generated 153,902,003 registered voters!

SMARTMATIC replied that the huge descrepancy will not affect the canvassing results.

But from a technical standpoint, important data like the registered voter should be system generated. If the system spew out such number, it means they have that equivalent number of registered voters. Unless they are manually entering such number which is more dangerous.
